1) Loyalty Program
Our Loyalty Program is visible to all guests, visitors, retail customers, and wholesale customers.
To earn loyalty points, you must have a registered customer account and be logged in when placing your order.
How Points Are Earned
- Earn 1 loyalty point for every AU$12.50 spent.
- Each loyalty point is worth AU$0.40.
- Points are calculated on the tax-exclusive product price.
- Available points expire 365 days after approval.
Voucher Conversion
- You need at least 10 loyalty points before creating a voucher.
- Reward vouchers can be used on orders of at least AU$10 tax excl.
- Converted loyalty vouchers expire 365 days after creation.
- If partly used, remaining value can be returned as a new voucher.
Exclusions
- No points are earned by guest checkout customers.
- No points are earned on sale products.
- No points are earned on tobacco products.
- Selected promotions may offer double points or bonus point events.
2) Referral Program
Registered customers can refer friends from My Account using their personal referral code or referral link.

Your friend receives an instant AU$10 discount voucher for their first qualifying order.
You Get
You receive AU$10 referral credit in your referral credit wallet after your friend places a qualifying order.
Referral Rules
- Friend reward minimum order: AU$100.
- Referral tracking lasts 30 days after link click.
