I want to sell a product, how does it work?
Simply fill out the form by clicking the button below. We will then list it and inform you once sold. Once the receiver confirms receipt, you will receive your payout minus 10% commission, or a voucher for use in our shop, minus 5% commission (the choice is up to you). It is crucial you provide us with a tracking number, or written signed notice from the buyer if it was picked up locally.
I am the buyer, how can I ensure I receive my products?
We only pay out the seller once the items have been confirmed as delivered via tracking or verbal confirmation.
What if items are not as described?
All disputes have to be handles with the seller directly. Should there be any kind of dispute we will put you into contact with the seller and will withhold payment until the dispute is settled. We will mediate where necessary. Note that all products are sold AS IS on this marketplace. Rest assured that all items have been screened with the seller before we accept any listings.
