Payment for all tobacco products can only be made via POLi, Cash, In-person EFTPOS, ZipPay, or bank transfer. We cannot legally accept any other form of payment (Afterpay / Klarna / PayPal / Credit Card will automatically be disabled with tobacco in your shopping cart). NO VOUCHERS OR DISCOUNTS PERMITTED FOR TOBACCO PRODUCTS!

SHIPPING FAQ

We are 100% online. All orders placed before 12pm AEST during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed, processed and despatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm AEST will be packed and shipped on the next business day. Should the item be a preorder we will contact you with an expected delivery date, or once the item is in stock and ready for shipment. 

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on location (normally 2-7 business days on average depending on location). Local pick-up (by appointment) is also possible. Express Post (normally 1-2 days to capital cities) is available as well. See estimated transit times for Australia Post (Regular) below. Note that Express Post is not always guaranteed faster as it depends on your location and how close you are to the CBD of the city. We will do our best to get a refund for the Express surcharge should Australia Post not deliver on time within the terms of the Express Post Guarantee (Click here to check if your postcode qualifies). 

PICKUPS

Pickups (Gold Coast) can be arranged by selecting "cash on pickup" on checkout. Note that we are an online business only, we ship from a local warehouse and do not have a showroom for you to come and browse.

Free regular shipping is available for all Australian orders over $200. International orders and Express orders are excluded.

TRACKING, INSURANCE & DELAYS

We are not responsible for any postage delays once the order has been handed over to the postal organisation for transport. Any delays are out of our control once the item has been handed over to Australia Post (or Couriers Please). Transit times are strictly estimates/averages and we cannot promise that your item will arrive within that specified timeframe. 

To ensure a safe delivery, all parcels will require a signature on delivery. It may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present. If no one is present to sign for the delivery, a collection card will be left in your post box explaining how to pick up your parcel, or arrange redelivery (Couriers Please only). Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost/stolen parcels if you choose the Couriers Please "leave at premises unattended" redelivery option, as this voids any insurance. Make sure to request the standard signed-for redelivery option at all times. 

We will provide you with a link to track your package online through Australia Post/Couriers Please. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. All parcels are insured against damage or loss for your peace of mind. 

PAYMENT FAQ

Most payment will be through PayPal, unless bank deposit is chosen. You do not need a PayPal account. Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. You can also pay via direct deposit/bank transfer. Cash on pick-up is accepted. BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH! PLEASE USE A CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS! NO ADDRESS CHANGES POSSIBLE FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS!

For our domestic customers we also offer Zip so you can own our products now, and pay later (more info).

International customers from select countries can place orders using the checkout system, enquire if you need postage to another country not listed. Unfortunately, Shishas might need a surcharge due to size and weight. We will contact you once you placed your order to confirm. Of course you can cancel at any time should the shipping costs be too high. Please note that you are responsible for all possible charges imposed by your countries government (customs fees, duties, taxes, etc), if any. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order deposits, where and if applicable, are non-refundable, this includes made-to-order or special order items. All pre-order dates are estimates and delays in delivery can occasionally happen for multiple reasons, e.g. customs hold-up, overseas carrier issues, local carrier delays. We will always keep you updated on the status of you order should there be delays. The ETA is arrival at warehouse, it is not arrival at your door front. If you preorder contains other items, everything will ship together once the preorder is in stock. You can request seperate shipments (at cost).

RETURNS

World of Shisha® aims to provide you with confidence in our products and we have fine-combed our return policy to ensure a happy experience when shopping with us.  If you are not satisfied with your product or changed your mind, please return your unused and original packaged items within 14 days of receipt.

NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ITEM OR I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND

If you have changed your mind and want to return the item or items please contact us and send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt. Once we've received the item and our returns team confirms everything checks out OK, you will receive an account credit which can be used to purchase a replacement item.

In the case that you are returning a product because it arrived damaged/faulty, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and we will arrange an account credit, or an exchange if feasible. Note that we will have to physically inspect all items first in case of an exchange (unless it is broken glass parts). All returned items, or parts, have to be unused and in original packaging, where applicable. Note in case of major damages that occurred during transit, compensation for the item will have to be paid directly by Australia Post due to their policies. This is the case for high value items, when the damage can clearly be proven to be Australia Post's fault. The receiver of the parcel then has to present the damaged item (including packaging) to their local Australia Post office and fill out a form. DISCLAIMER: Please note, even if not stated for every product, slight imperfections such as bubbles in vase, or similar small marks/light scratches are absolutely normal with any of these handmade products, especially with traditional models. Handblown glass products can differ slightly from the pictures due to being made by hand. Coloured vases (especially AEON) can differ from the stock pictures as each vase is unique and made by hand. Glue between vase and stem thread can loosen over time (with any brand) due to climate and other daily use factors, and is not a warranty case. This can happen after a few months or after a couple of years, but in any case is easily fixable with our guidance (you can use our written guide with video, or send in your vase). Some vases use a glaze and not tint, they can scratch and lose colour so be careful washing those. Glazed clay heads can differ from the stock picture due to each glaze being made by hand, there can be less or more of any colour present in the glaze you receive. Packaging of products can be scratched, dented from shipping and warehousing. In the case of Laser units, the diodes are never 100% straight, or form a perfect round circle, this is normal. Warranty period on products such as LEDs, Lasers, and Burners is 30 days due to the way these items are being used. Warranty claims only cover damage arising from normal use during this time, keep away from moisture and be careful with water dripping into your LED/Laser as this will damage them. To lengthen the life of your coal burner, do not leave burning coal on it, always turn it off after use, and do not place coals directly on coils.

World of Shisha® cannot be held liable for the cost of postage for returns, nor any items lost/damaged during return postage. To ensure your returned item(s) arrive safely, please use registered post and add insurance.

Please Note: The item(s) you are returning must include any original packaging and must not have been used, opened, or assembled. Upon receipt of the goods, refunds can take up to three days to process. World of Shisha® can not credit any inititial cost of postage or cost of return postage (unless goods received are faulty and return postage approved by us).
