It is recommended to use 5-10gr but 15gr is possible for bigger bowls. It is important to always use a phunnel bowl or vortex bowl in all setups (with one exception..read on). A tub should last you at least for 8 sessions if you going through it faster, you are using too much and might be wasting it.
For a pure creme setup use a phunnel bowl, but any will work as long as you keep the holes open (ideally KS Stonephunnel, Saphire or similar small or flat phunnel...any will work though).
For a "stacked" setup use a phunnel bowl and stack normal flavours on top of the creme.
For a "mixed" setup use any bowl (phunnel) preferred and mix the normal flavour with the cream in your hand at any ratio. Make sure that the flavour mix can breathe, don't block the holes of your vortex or power bowls.
Always use between 3-4 cubed charcoals (or finger coals) and 3-4 layers of foil with a decent amount of big holes (to ensure the flavour mix or pure vape creme can breathe). You can use an overpacked setup or a "distance' setup where you leave a little room between foil and mix/creme. This is up to your preference and as usual practice is necessary.
